President's Message- 2020 NJSIA Seminar
It’s with deep regret that I must inform you the NJSIA Board of Directors has made a decision to cancel our 2020 conference, which was scheduled for this coming October. It is especially disappointing to make this announcement considering this would have been our 30th anniversary conference. The NJSIA prides ourselves on organizing one of the best training and networking conferences in the country. Unfortunately, due to this unprecedented worldwide pandemic, we found it impossible to hold a conference and ensure the safety and wellbeing of our members, vendors, supporters and their families. We understand the importance networking has on the effectiveness of our jobs. We are working on arranging future training and networking opportunities when we can do so in a completely safe environment. As of right now, our 2021 conference is scheduled for October to be held at Harrah’s Resort & Conference Center. We look forward to seeing everyone there. As the Coronavirus has prevented us from offering all the benefits that being a NJSIA member provides, we will be waiving membership dues for the upcoming 2021 year. Please continue to stay safe.
